1. No Returns on Food Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund

  • The wrong product was delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must share clear photos or videos of the product along with the original packaging.

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. Refund Approval

  • Once we receive and verify the complaint, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Kartikey Krishna Foods reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or packaging
